Order Information, Payment & Returns

Order Processing

Orders are processed during Displayco OnTheGo business hours (Monday – Friday between 8am and 4pm MST, excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the next business day. We will contact you promptly with any discrepancies or to gather additional details required to process your order.

Cancelling Your Order

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders already processed may be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders for graphics and other custom products cannot be cancelled once electronic proofs have been approved and/or production has begun. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Receiving Product: Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Receiving Product: Damages During Shipping

During the delivery of your order, you must take a photo clearly demonstrating the damage to the item or packaging and you must have it documented by the delivery driver upon signing for receipt of the damaged order. Packages that arrive damaged and/or appear to have been mishandled during shipping must be reported to Displayco within 48 hours of delivery via email to onthego@displayco.ca. Failure to document damages to delivery driver upon signing for receipt and failure to notify Displayco OnTheGo with photos within 48 hours inhibits our ability to file a damage claim with shipping carrier and will not be covered by Displayco OnTheGo.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss exchange or refund. Displayco OnTheGo is not responsible for return shipping. Graphics and other custom products along with design, shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Returned products that are not damaged or defective may be subject to a restocking / return fee and are subject to Displayco OnTheGo’s inspection for return approval before a refund will be confirmed. All products must be returned complete in their original packaging without any damage or wear. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on any discounted items. Products purchased on sale or clearance are final sale. Subject to review, if a product is deemed to be defective, Displayco OnTheGo will fix or exchange the product at no cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at onthego@displayco.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Displayco OnTheGo’s products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, negligence or product misuse. Should you discover an issue believed to be defective, Displayco OnTheGo, at our discretion, may repair or provide a replacement. All warranty repairs and/or replacements of defective product are first subject to review and approval by Displayco OnTheGo. Products that have been modified by client or show indications of hardware misused or graphics installed incorrectly will render the manufacture’s warranty null and void. Upon evaluation, if Displayco OnTheGo determines the issue with a returned product are not a result of a manufacturer’s defect, a quote for repair or replacement of damaged item will be provided.

Repairs (non-warranty service)

Displayco OnTheGo offers free repair evaluations for repairs for all products purchased from Displayco OnTheGo and products acquired else where. Most display products sold by Displayco OnTheGo can be easily repaired or refurbished, if needed. For a free repair/refurbishment evaluation, Displayco OnTheGo will provide a cost estimate including parts and labor for your repair/refurbishment. The client is responsible for shipping the product to Displayco OnTheGo and return shipping back the repaired product.
